Hello ! Beautiful people ! i'm Back ahahaha !


I know it has been a while since i last wrote to you guys, but i had a lot of things happening, but still, i guess i have no excuse, SORRY !
     
That been said, i'm back with positive vibes ! 2017 seems to be challenging ! a challenge is always a good thing to keeps us motivated.

Setting goals is easy but commitment is definitly not. the reason is simple, our goals are usually a permanent change, and those changes take time and patience, things that we lack.

We live in a stressful life where everything should get done fast. So when we dont see results after 3 days of trying hard, we give up.. it happened to you too ?  lol Cheer up, everyone did !

I see everyone posting/liking a lot of pictures about people's goals, dreams, remember it's like the flag of the finish line, but we tend on understimating the road they took to get there.

when you see people living your goal, don't hate, remember that they worked and still do to get it, i bet if you did as much, you'd enjoy it as much.

I have been searching about this subject for a long time, and still do, because it's fascinating how much our needs are so strong but still we dont acheive them.. why?  it's not like we lack of motivation,.. we want these goals so bad.. What do we do then ??

First of all, i'm not an expert, so you should read this as if you read someone's perspective, and it's up to you to decide whether you think it's good or not...Yo hohohhohoho...



Here's how i see things, each goal should have it's planning, estimate it's time, Like a project, we need to define the planning to see how much effort to put on quality, cost and ressources to achieve it.

1. Define when do you want to see the final result, and what is your current state.
2. Divide the time gap into weeks (so you can have a weekly objectives)

You need to know, that no matter how ambitious your goal is, a habit is created only after 3 weeks of repetition. Not 3 days, 3 weeks ! so once you get that, you can see the changes.

They say perfection comes from a habit. a habit is created after 3 weeks of repetition.

Remember that good things are always hard to get, see it as a treasure full of Gold, it's always buried, unseen, so when you see yourself struggle to get something, it means you are on the right track. Keep going!

That's how life is, good things comes with effort, and whenever you feel down, talk to someone about it, if you have no one, then go outside and take a look at nature and get inspired, you'll see that everthing (insects, animals, plants, system ..) doing them work over and over to make our place stable. we are made to work to get results, is it a curse..? well, that's another subject for another time.

I hope whatever your goal is, that you'll achieve it and enjoy it! Never give up, because
