Welcome 2016 the year of.. well a new year !
Hi Guys !
I know it has been a while since i last wrote, but hey, i dont even know if you read what i write or not.. so not really motivating :( but anyways, i had a lot of work lately, so i couldnt write on time to scream with you : 3......2......1.........HAPPY NEW YEARRR !!! wooooooooot
That being said, let's jump right off the main of the subject of the month, wich is .. CHANGE !
Everyone says that with this year coming, i'll change alot of things, i'll be nicer, thinner, stronger, better..
it's all sweet and cute, but these changes are big ofcourse not easy, because it's about chaging habits that ages for months or even years so it's not as easy as how we say it when we talk about resolutions! Be aware of that ;)
instead of being extremly motivated about a huge goals, just cut in into small ones, know that when u change for an inch, it's a change of a mile.
Rewarding ourselves for every achievement even if it's a small one, like, drinking one more cup of water than the usual,is amazing or instead of being sad because we didn't go to the gym, because we are too tired, dance on a song that you love ! and be happy about it. changes takes time, especially a long terme change.
How to do change slowly but surely? (lentement mais surement)
Having a journal is really important, it's where you can express yourself freely about any subject or change you are concerned with, knowing that you'll annoy anyone lol and it's free.
Writing on a journal, simple changes like drinking more water, make it cute and draw 8 drops empty (meaning 8 cups of water) and fill it up whenever u have one.It's cute and motivating!
Moving 10 mins every day, is better than 45 mins once a week.
Meeting new people, talking to different people from a different society and culture, makes you be tolerant, and be more open to change.
Getting out of the confort zone, you read this alot and it's true, better say i shoudnt have done this, than i wish i could have done that. when u do mistakes, you know which way to go, but when you do nothing, you'll never move from your instant place, you'll never know if what you do is right or wrong.
Accept and love yourself, when you get to know yourself and accept the real you, and love it, you'll be more open for changes, because then you'll have a positive vibe within you, which is important to make long terme changes.
Know what YOU really want to change, not what others wants you to change in yourself, because when you know where you are and what you really need, you'll be able to fix objectives. knowing the sources and the need, make the change go easy and fast.
