Hello Lovely Friends ! Wake up ! i mean it ! even if u are at the office i know you're sleeping  OK before we start this article, we know that coffee is the starter ! ahhh~~ much better  Summer is near, and we want to enjoy every single day of it. Good Morning ! cough cough... Oh No !! :s

Bonjour Bonjour !  Avec ce temps, ce froid, on finit toujours par attraper froid, que ce soit par manque de précaution, ou par contagion. S'il s'agit d'un mal de gorge, voici une astuce efficace,pas cher et 100% Naturelle yay ! :D Il suffit de faire bouillir de l'eau ou si vous préférez du lait, y ajouter du citron, gingembre, il y a aussi comme alternative des sachets de tisane a base de citron et gingembre ça marche tout aussi bien ;) et une cuillère de piment de cayenne :D ça piquera mais comme le dit MTV.. Plus ça pique, Plus on aime ! :p Malheureusement, à Casablanca on a pas des jus comme ça, mais ce n'est pas une raison pour ne pas les préparer soi même ! :D Allez tous au marché de légume !  Le jus Vert contient :  - Pomme - Épinard - Romaine - Citron vert - Persil - Romarin Le jus Rouge contient : - Fenouil - Betterave - Pomme - Menthe - Citron   Il en faut peuuuu pour être heureux ;)
