I know it has been a while since i last wrote to you guys, but i had a lot of things happening, but still, i guess i have no excuse, SORRY !       That been said, i'm back with positive vibes ! 2017 seems to be challenging ! a challenge is always a good thing to keeps us motivated. Setting goals is easy but commitment is definitly not. the reason is simple, our goals are usually a permanent change, and those changes take time and patience, things that we lack. We live in a stressful life where everything should get done fast. So when we dont see results after 3 days of trying hard, we give up.. it happened to you too ?  lol Cheer up, everyone did !
