Hello December

Hey Guys  ! December is already here :o

Are you like me?? i mean, like totally forgot about being healthy and classy :s i hope im not the only one >.<"
Sometimes it's just that ujdgaf, it's not a form of a depression or is it :/ ANYWAYS ;D i noticed that it doesnt work when u're all lazy doing no effort in/for yourself.. that's why i called this article
                                                         
You'll  notice that i write a lot about these themes, it's because having a great relationship with ourselves is Very important, it's like a normal relationship, it has ups and downs, to be better with others and in life, we need to be the better with ourselves. got it ?? good :3 (or maybe it's only because im selfish..never mind :d ) 

IT'S ALL SWEET BUT HOW?

Get Back on track ! already wrote about that.. (check it out for more info) for those (like me) who stopped to go to the gym ! we gotta move our butt there ! even if its for 20 mins, better than nothing!
or just get active when you get back home, or early in the morning (if your a morning person)..."

This month is a love hate relationship, because we are allowed to eat a lot but we get fat in it. 

Gotta make a balance. leave that great chocolate to the we, and do efforts on the week, choose right meals etc..

What i noticed is, when i eat Healthy i get full and i dont want to eat more, unlike fastfood,(3 slices of pizza or a small" burger) its like pouring water on the sand. never gets enough, and an hour later i want to eat more.. :s

So for those who got caught (like me) in that vice. We gotta realise that we are doing it wrong. and it'll only get worse. 

It takes 30 Days to get results. so what im asking you here is let's do a  FIZZY CHALLENGE! 
it's a challenge of 30 DAYS! don't worry mine is easy and cool.

So, here's the deal: For 30 Days : 

- No more snaks between meals 
- Drink 2L of water per day
- Get 1 or 2  yogurt per day
- No more fries or pizza during the week (ok for the weekend sat or sunday)
- Add vegies on meals
- Add fruits on breakfasts
- Bring an apple (break time)
